‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ continues to move slowly at the box office. On Day 23 the film collected around Rs 25 lakhs in India net. This was the fourth Saturday for the movie. The total India net collection has reached Rs 93.65 crores. The film has been showing low numbers for many days now. Even though it had a strong opening the collections dropped heavily after the first few weeks.

After 22 days ‘Akhanda 2’ had earned around Rs 93.40 crores in India net as reported by the Sacnilk website. The third-week collection stood at Rs 4.1 crores. This represents a significant 66.67 percent drop compared to earlier weeks. Day 22 also saw a low collection of Rs 25 lakhs. Day 23 repeated the same numbers with Rs 25 lakhs as early estimates. The film is now moving very slowly toward the Rs 100 crore mark and the pace is not strong.
Low occupancy across Telugu theatres
On January 03, 2026, ‘Akhanda 2’ recorded an overall Telugu occupancy of just 18.42 percent. Morning shows started at 13.64 percent. Afternoon shows were slightly better at 20.84 percent. Evening shows dropped again to 17.74 percent. Night shows saw a small rise at 21.45 percent.
